  • The Royal Women's Hospital is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to women and newborns. We are seeking a Senior Allocations Officer to provide oversight and leadership to the workforce, ensuring that all casual resources are utilised to ensure coverage of short term vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide leadership to the workforce and ensure effective allocation of resources;">
  3. Communicate frequently with Unit Managers/Team Leaders, After Hours Managers, People,Culture team and the Access/Workforce Manager re staffing;">
  4. Maximise the supply of nursing/midwifery and non-nursing workforce to meet service demands;">
  5. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of staffing issues.">

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high standard of customer service;">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
