Job Title: Night Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all hotel operations overnight.
  • Provide coaching and regular feedback to colleagues to enhance their performance and drive their development.
  • Lead the night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports.
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Ensure secure handling of all credit and financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Night Audit, or Finance with supervisory experience.
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration (preferable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (bilingual or multilingual an asset).
  • A team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity in the team.
  • Current driver's license and First Aid/RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
