Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper is a key leadership role within our hotel, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and leading a team of associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budget tracking.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in a large establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching a team, building a strong culture, and driving results.
  • Experience with hotel systems and software.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
