Dynamic Leadership Opportunity

You are invited to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing the operations of a boutique hotel in Hobart, Tasmania.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, ensuring seamless and profitable function.

  • Manage all aspects of the property, including revenue optimization, staff recruitment and training, customer service, and achievement of financial targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of 15-20 members to ensure the hotel's profitability and success.
  • Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximising revenue and balancing expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a General Manager in a smaller operation or Senior Head of Department in a larger team operation within the hotel industry.
