Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support our mission of proactive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients with exceptional service
  • Assist with patient bookings, enquiries and referrals in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Organise team events to foster a positive work environment
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Monitor team compliance for various funding bodies
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative problems efficiently
  • Prepare and monitor invoices for accurate payment
  • Communicate effectively with team members at various locations to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative, receptionist, or relevant role is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including confidence over the phone
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
