Cyber Security Program Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Cyber Security Program Manager to oversee the delivery of critical cybersecurity initiatives. This strategic, non-technical leadership position requires a deep understanding of security program management and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver a cybersecurity program aligned with business goals and compliance standards. They will act as the central point of contact for all cybersecurity activities and projects, managing internal teams and vendors to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy
  • Managing budgets, resources, timelines, and outcomes across all security initiatives
  • Coordinating audits, risk registers, incident response, and security awareness programs
  • Partnering with IT and business teams to embed security across operations and projects

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT or cybersecurity program management
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, D/PSPF, D/ISM, and E8
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • Experience managing vendors and multi-stream project delivery
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, M365, Salesforce)
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
