We're seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Project Manager to lead our Central Functions Line of Business. As a critical member of our Cyber Program team, you'll oversee end-to-end management of complicated and complex projects in accordance with our Digital, Data & Cyber Security (DDC) Project Management framework.Your primary responsibilities will include:* End-to-end management of complicated & complex Cyber Security projects* Supporting the Cyber Program Manager with long-term project & financial planning* Collaboratively developing business cases and estimating & securing commitment for project resourcing* Leading virtual project teams to ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of time and resources to meet requirements* Managing vendor engagement and procurement activities for project hardware, software, and services* Facilitating project steering committees and managing stakeholder relationships* Undertaking simple organisational change management activities* Establishing appropriate key success indicators and recommending trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost* Actively managing project risk & opportunity, and developing strategies to mitigate or leverage* Managing project finances to approved budgets* Delivering project reporting in accordance with reporting calendarTo be successful in this role, you'll need:* Demonstrated experience managing complex Cyber Security projects* Degree, diploma, or proprietary certification in Project Management is desirable* Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure great project outcomes* Demonstrated experience leading virtual teams in a matrixed organization structure* Excellent communication skills with the ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit a variety of different audiences* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtainIn return, you'll enjoy:* A dynamic and challenging work environment* Opportunities for career growth and professional development* A competitive salary and benefits package* Flexible working arrangementsAt our organisation, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
