Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Operations Project Manager to lead the stabilisation and uplift of a recently outsourced Security Operations Centre (SOC).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Security Operations, particularly leading SOC transitions from in-house to outsourced models.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the transition and stabilisation of the SOC, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and the managed service provider.
  • Uplift SOC capability, including incident response, detection and response, with a focus on improving Microsoft Sentinel functionality.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, building effective relationships with senior leaders, the Head of SOC, and external partners.
  • Provide clear direction, fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in SOC uplift projects, with hands-on experience uplifting SIEM platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive delivery outcomes.
  • Industry experience within large-scale enterprises, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
