Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex cyber security projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end complicated & complex cyber security projects according to a defined project management framework.
  • Support the Cyber Program Manager with long-term project planning, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop business cases and estimate project resourcing requirements.
  • Lead virtual project teams to ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of time and resources.
  • Manage vendor engagement and procurement activities for project hardware, software, and services.
  • Facilitate project steering committees and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Undertake organizational change management activities.
  • Establish key performance indicators and recommend trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
  • Actively manage project risk and opportunity, developing strategies to mitigate or leverage.
  • Manage project finances to approved budgets.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of managing complex cyber security projects.
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Project Management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams in a matrixed organization structure.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
