The Role

This key position ensures business vehicles are available via various product lines. The role will be responsible for ensuring fleet cleanliness, servicing, and damage assessment before handing over keys.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and fuelled/charged.
  • Control onsite depot vehicles, maintaining a neat and tidy carpark.
  • Movement of vehicles between specified locations (service, warranty, etc.).
  • Complete inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound).
  • Inspect and review accident-repaired vehicles.
  • Organise the depot daily – park vehicles securely and appropriately.
  • Assist stakeholders with vehicle pickups (service, accident repairs).
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced on time, completing necessary works.
  • Receive and prepare new vehicles (telematic device installation).
  • Assist in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation).
What You'll Bring
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License (must have)
  • Comfortable commuting and working from Haberfield, Sydney.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong can-do attitude, demonstrating ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Go above & beyond to assist the team and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Previous customer service experience (desirable).
  • Mechanical aptitude or reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).
