As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in the effective management and coordination of vehicle stock.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong time-management ability
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with people

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships
  • Maintain accurate floor plans
  • Support sales department as required
  • Reconciliation of tasks such as registrations and floor plans
  • Process development and improvement as required
  • General administration duties
  • General housekeeping
