About The Vehicle Coordinator Role

The Vehicle Coordinator plays a vital part in our operations. This role ensures that vehicles are readily available to customers via various product lines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge and ready for use.
  • Controlling cars onsite at the depot, maintaining a neat and tidy carpark.
  • Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).
  • Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
  • Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
  • Organisation of depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups – Service, Accident repairs.
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
Key Requirements
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Sydney Hub
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction
