Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Claims Administrator to provide professional claims service to our customers and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering new claims, including liaising with customers and other parties.
- Manage and administer new claims.
- Undertake technical claims administration, including gathering information and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation, monitoring and analysis of claims data.
- Identify and pursue opportunities of recovery.
- Monitor outstanding claims via diary system to ensure prompt settlement.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, decision making skills, ability to work well within a team and ability to work unsupervised.
They will also have an understanding of covers and policy wordings, capacity to recognise trends and anomalies of claims data.
