- Promote our products and services through fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing our values.
- Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders including our customers, organisations, and partnerships.
- Process claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providers.
- Manage claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectively.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within insurance claims or a related field would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in call centre, customer service, and/or administration.
- Strong customer service skills with a highly supportive approach.
- A passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
- An engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently.
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks.
