Organisational Development Leader

We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven leader to support our People & Culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law matters.
- Manage key projects and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce challenges.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to foster a high-performing culture.
- Proven experience in P&C leadership roles, with expertise in workplace relations, performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to turn P&C programs into impactful solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in P&C leadership
Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
