About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Lead with care, clarity, and ambition, empowering your team to thrive and grow while bringing our values to life.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning, and employee experience.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in large or complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of HR lifecycle models, engagement principles, and OD practices.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
