About this role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Isa. As a key member of the store team, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our guests.

This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.

  • You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
  • You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
