As an emerging professional in our team, you will conduct financial due diligence on M&A transactions and Investigating Accountant engagements on stock exchange listings across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments, and other ad hoc advisory projects for corporate and private equity clients
  • Plan assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining strategy in conjunction with managers and partners
  • Review and interpret financial statements and data
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis illustrating key business drivers and performance indicators
  • Draft comprehensive due diligence reports, including executive summaries
  • Participate in Q&A sessions with target businesses and advisors

As a leader, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities to team members, and participate in business development and networking activities.

Skills and Experience:
  • Significant experience in accounting with exposure to transaction due diligence and thorough understanding of preparing and interpreting financial statements
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, report-writing, and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking with analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and professional judgment
  • Well-developed organisational skills with ability to adhere to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Strong IT literacy, Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
