Key Responsibilities

As a senior consultant, you will support and deliver small-medium sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • developing and presenting key deliverables to clients
  • identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time
  • analyzing and evaluating a company's financials
  • managing engagement teams and leading by our values
  • acting as the main point of contact to our clients
  • reporting directly to directors and partners
  • supporting in business development activities
  • collaborating widely with the broader division and other teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • at least 3 years of experience
  • advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
  • demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • driven, but with high emotional intelligence
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • transaction or organisational transformation experience is an advantage
