In this role, you will have the chance to work as part of our dedicated team within the EY-Parthenon division. We provide professional transaction advice and services to corporate, government, and private equity clients across various aspects of the transaction lifecycle.

We cover:

  • Strategic Analysis: Helping clients evaluate potential transactions and make informed decisions about their strategic objectives.
  • Deal Execution: Supporting clients through the execution phase of transactions, from due diligence to deal completion.
  • Transaction Integration: Assisting clients with post-deal integration activities to ensure seamless transitions and maximize value creation.

As a Senior Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Key Deliverables: Creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Client Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues affecting client projects and developing strategies to mitigate these.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluating companies' financials to inform transaction decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Managing engagement teams and ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  • Clients Services: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
