Senior Legal Advisor - Banking & Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our busy team in Perth.

Job Description:

We require an experienced and qualified legal professional with expertise in banking and finance law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on complex financial transactions, including project financing and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on banking and finance matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex financial transactions and laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality work products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law (LL.B or Juris Doctor) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and finance law.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Australian Solicitors' Practising Certificate.
