Senior Legal Advisor Role Overview

We seek an accomplished Senior Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal guidance on statutory interpretation, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage legal risks across the business.
  • Collaborate with operational, commercial and HR teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' post-admission legal experience, ideally gained in a top-tier law firm and in-house.
  • Proven experience in energy, renewables or infrastructure sectors, with a strong background in EPC contracts and battery supply agreements.
  • Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial outcomes.
