About the RoleThis quasi-legal position plays a pivotal role in supporting the legal and operational needs of an AI platform as it expands in Australia and scales internationally.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing the AI legal research platform to ensure accuracy and relevance to legal professionals. You will also support the verification of AI-generated legal content, collaborating with a panel of external lawyers across key areas such as wills & estates, commercial, and litigation.
In addition, you will facilitate structured user testing, gather insights from clients and integration partners, and translate feedback into product improvements.
You will conduct demonstrations of the platform for client-facing teams and prospective users, providing input on content, product development, and market positioning to the executive team.
Your expertise will help drive business growth and success by staying ahead of emerging LegalTech trends and competitor products.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 8-10 years post-qualification experience.
- Commercial or operations experience is highly desirable.
- Background in wills & estates, commercial law, or commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the legal market, LegalTech, and preferably an understanding of AI, with exposure to legal tech stacks in the market.
- Demonstrated commercial and operational mindset, with client-facing experience highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global organisation.
