
Operational Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team in Perth, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operational administrative activities. This includes providing administrative support to various departments, contractors, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth workflows and efficient operations.
- Assist in preparing, adjusting, and revising daily production schedules as required, communicating any changes to relevant departments accordingly.
- Assist in tabulating and reconciling daily forecasts, actual orders, stock-on-hand inventory, and actual production volume across all customers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage front-end communication with visitors and clients at Reception, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Maintain databases and track important deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Process cash sales and staff sales, if applicable.
- Raise purchase orders for maintenance and production.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the Operations Manager and Office teams as required.
- Experience in database management with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Word & Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, focus, and reliability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to present professionally when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Approachable and helpful attitude with a positive and proactive mindset.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
