The Operations Department is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of removals and relocation activities.
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as an Operations Scheduler. The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with customers and employees to ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling branch removal activities and coordinating with all parties involved
- Directing drivers & crews on removal requirements and overseeing related activities
- Ensuring run sheets are completed and distributed in a timely manner
- Managing documentation through the Operations department
- Liaising with clients and debriefing crews to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks
- Ensuring maximum client satisfaction and day-to-day problem solving
- Preparing relevant reports and data analysis
- Reconciling manifests and directing depot functions
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working with a variety of staff and customers, and strives to exceed expectations.
Required skills include excellent leadership and delegation skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously, and strong communication skills.
