Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Business Planning and Analysis team, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic decisions.

In this role, you will assist with financial analysis, provide insights to support strategic decision-making, and drive business improvements. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and modelling skills to identify trends, risks, and make recommendations to site operations and management teams.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with key decision-makers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will assist with the monitoring of cost performance on major projects and commercial analysis, identification of cost reduction opportunities/strategies.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
  • Financial acumen along with excellent analytical skills
  • 3 years professional experience in accounting/finance-related role
  • CPA/CA or associated professional association (or working towards)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with PowerBI will be advantageous
  • Current full manual driver's license
