Job Title: Business Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a key member of our business planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for undertaking financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision making.
The role involves assisting with the distribution and development of the annual life of mine budget and forecasting requirements, taking ownership of accounting challenges, and driving business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with site teams and management to validate proposed projects and investments
- Monitoring cost performance on major projects
- Commercial analysis and identification of cost reduction opportunities/strategies
About You:

You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
- Financial acumen along with excellent analytical skills
- 3 years professional experience in accounting/finance-related role
- CPA/CA or associated professional association (or working towards)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with PowerBI will be advantageous
- Current full manual driver's license
