Key Business Partnership Role

Job Overview:

The Financial Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Business Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site teams and management to drive business improvements through effective financial planning and forecasting.
  • Take ownership of a wide range of accounting challenges, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of business objectives.
  • Partner with key decision-makers to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and analyses, leveraging business intelligence tools.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Assist with the management of the business's capital portfolio, including project development, implementation, and tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance-related role
  • CPA/CA or associated professional association (or working towards)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with PowerBI will be advantageous
