About the RoleThis position plays a crucial role in our production facility, reporting to the Production Manager and collaborating with the Global Training Manager.
The key responsibilities include:
- Delivering health safety training inductions for new starters
- Designing and developing effective instructor-led and web-based training solutions
- Maintaining competency and training records for employees
- Key point of contact for training initiatives and enquiries
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years' experience in training delivery and instructional design
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
