About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our Bonds store in Wollongong.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs by leading by example.
  • Succeed in succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and utilise your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive business growth.
