Job Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a senior conceptual Art Director. You will lead conceptual direction, art direction, and graphic design across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for global brand campaigns and experiential activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as an Art Director or Senior Creative in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in branding, graphics, and graphic design.
  • Strong visual and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in designing for digital and print platforms.
