We're a dynamic retail company dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Our stores are designed to be fun and exciting, and we're looking for a skilled Retail Store Director to lead our Engadine team.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including an annual bonus of up to 10% of their salary. This is a full-time position with a rotating roster, including 1 in 3 weekends, offering flexible work arrangements.

Job Description

As a Retail Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising. You'll set and achieve sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows our customers. Your mission will include:

  • Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for your team and customers.
  • Overseeing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Solving challenges with problem-solving skills and ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Delivering business objectives and inspiring your team to be their best.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have strong verbal communication, leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to coach the team. You should also have a passion for people, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and be able to think BIG, long term, and drive change through influencing others.
