You will lead complex property transactions from origination to settlement, focusing on the industrial space. Your key responsibilities include sourcing off-market opportunities, building financial models, and negotiating deals with precision.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Origination – Sourcing off-market and early-stage opportunities through your network and market intelligence.
  • Underwriting & Analysis – Building robust financial models, stress-testing scenarios, and crafting deal structures that maximise value while managing risk.
  • Due Diligence & Structuring – Coordinating legal, technical, tax, and planning reviews to ensure no stone is left unturned.
  • Negotiation & Execution – Leading commercial negotiations, drafting terms, and closing deals with speed and precision.
