Senior Cost Management Specialist

Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals to take on key roles in managing project costs and ensuring budget alignment. This position offers the chance to work on major mining projects, providing a mix of site and office-based positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor project costs across multiple phases of delivery
- Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and engineering teams to ensure budgetary alignment and maximize value
- Contribute to project performance reviews and support commercial decision-making processes
- Assist in maintaining cost control systems and processes for ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cost control within mining or resources projects
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in project costing tools and MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively in both on-site and office environments, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
