**Guest Service Agent Role Summary**

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at every stage of their journey.

You will be an ambassador for our boutique brand, positively representing and promoting our unique hospitality services. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests, using our Hotel's Property Management System (PMS).

You will also be responsible for answering and processing reservation enquiries, making recommendations, and upselling rooms according to availability. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments and maintain sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests throughout their stay. You will follow up on all guest requests and complaints, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of our hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A genuine desire to help people and deliver exceptional customer service

• Previous Front Office or reservation experience is preferred but not essential; we value attitude over experience

• The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving, and being accountable for your workload

• An acute eye for detail and exceptional interactive social skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively

• Commitment to flexibility, including working mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
