As a Front of House Casual, your role will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. This includes driving sales through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive engagement with guests. You'll also work closely with your team to achieve daily goals and challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating memorable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset

  • Ensuring the venue is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Being trained in all areas and bringing your A game whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function
  • FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES TO KEEP GUESTS AND TEAMMATES SAFE
  • TAKING OPPORTUNITIES TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND ANTICIPATE GUESTS' NEEDS

Qualities required for this role include:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
