Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our client's payroll operations during a transitional period as they move to a fully outsourced payroll processing model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate data entry into CHRIS21 and Timewise systems.
  • Validate employee information and payroll data before submission to the outsourcing partner for processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records within CHRIS21 and Timewise.
Outsourced Model Transition Support

The successful candidate will assist in the transition to the outsourced payroll model with a leading provider, providing administrative support to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and the outsourcing partner.

Compliance & Reporting

The Payroll Administrator will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to payroll processing, generating reports as needed for management review or audit purposes.

General Administrative Duties

The successful candidate will respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and support other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience using CHRIS21 and familiarity with Timewise systems, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external providers.

Work Arrangements

This is a temporary role, expected to last approximately six months, with flexible working hours ranging from 25 - 37.5 hours per week, depending on candidate availability and preferences.
