Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineers and Pre-Sales teams, to develop and propose solutions to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other marketing events to promote Bosch products and services
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to daily work
