Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Industrial Automation team at Bosch. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineers and Pre-Sales teams, to develop and propose solutions to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other marketing events to promote Bosch products and services
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident
  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to daily work
  • Dynamic and motivated individual
