Job Title: Industrial Automation Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Malaga, WA. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial automation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for new customers and develop relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Assist with internal sales phone and email enquiries from customers who may benefit from our products or services.
  • Visit customers with sales engineers to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the industrial automation industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
