Seeking a Dedicated Sales Representative

Frontline Retail WA is a leading privately owned company in Western Australia, celebrating 48 years of customer service to the trade, timber, building, and construction industry businesses.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the industry, strong product knowledge in timber and building, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, mature, and dedicated professional with a proven track record in sales and a strong network of relationships with top residential builders in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and seize new business opportunities within the residential building sector.
  • Establish connections with key decision-makers among the top 10-20 builders in Perth.
  • Presentation of a comprehensive range of timber and hardware products effectively, emphasizing their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with small to medium Builders as well as large Corporate Builders.
  • Fostering relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to overall growth objectives.
  • Proactive identification and pursuit of new sales prospects, driving significant contribution to sales targets.
  • Sales across a range of building supplies, including Roof Timber, Truss Roof, Wall Framing, Flooring Systems, Doors, Second Fix, Hardies Products, and Brickies Hardware.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a Sales Representative or Account Manager in the building materials industry.
  • An established network and relationships with top residential builders in Perth.
  • In-depth knowledge of timber and hardware products, with the ability to communicate their features and benefits persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
