  • Ability to successfully influence and negotiate with key stakeholders at a senior level.

About the Role

">

As a Property Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the growth strategy for airports. This includes property development and leasing in aviation, defence, and related activities.

The position involves working directly with the Executive General Manager Property to formulate, plan, implement, and deliver development projects for the airport precinct.

You will also be responsible for establishing new commercial revenue streams within leasing and property development projects and managing the implementation and delivery of land, airport, and business park expansion projects.
