**Your Role**
The purpose of this role is to enhance the experience for American Express, Macquarie, Bendigo Adelaide, and Investec customers by providing superior customer service, including claims relating to the No Additional Charge (NAC) Insurance on their Credit and Charge Cards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver seamless member experiences on the NAC insurance program by delivering exceptional customer experiences and working within a culture built on the card issuers' values within the Chubb NAC Services Team.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service on all inquiries, including claims.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers relating to the coverage prescribed by their Card Terms and Conditions.
- Understand customer needs and deliver a personalized service.
- Work within a heavily regulated industry, ensuring a sound understanding of CHUBB's legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations and promote compliance.
- Provide financial services efficiently, honestly, and fairly, and successfully complete prescribed training to maintain skills and competencies.
- Meet or exceed financial targets while meeting service levels.
- Ensure the handling of all written queries is within a five-day time frame in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identify sales opportunities and give regular feedback to the team and Account Managers.
- Participate in training workshops and provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.
- Ensure QA scores are met at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Strong written communication skills and verbal communication.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Results-driven and strong focus on continuing to improve.
- Solid competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be a strong team player.
