Customer Journey Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Design and deliver complex customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incorporating personalisation and real-time data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer journey initiatives.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable customer journey plans.
  • Utilising data and analytics to inform customer journey decisions and measure their effectiveness.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members on customer journey design and implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
