We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to lead our inventory management efforts. This key role ensures timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.
About the Role:- This hands-on position plays a crucial part in ensuring business success by balancing inventory levels, managing supply schedules, and streamlining operations.
- Develop and maintain the daily production schedule to meet customer demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Procure raw materials and packaging through purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Update enterprise resource planning systems and generate reports on inventory and planning metrics.
- Analyze stock discrepancies and support stocktakes to optimize inventory accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar inventory, planning, or supply coordination role is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, or similar) is required.
- Solid organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
