Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Management Committee on strategic planning and governance.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and community groups.
  • Support and mentor staff in program development and service delivery.
  • Design and implement administrative systems and processes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee government reporting and funding acquittals.
