Education Leader for Social Change

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development of our education programs, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes equity and innovation.

This is a dynamic role that requires someone with a strong background in education, community development, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building local partnerships, and creating life-changing programs that support students from underrepresented backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and program management skills, a passion for social change, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. They will also possess cultural competency, especially within diverse and multilingual communities.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of education programs that promote equity and innovation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including financial processes and compliance.
  • Build strong local partnerships that transform the study hub into a thriving centre of opportunity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student success and reduce barriers to education.

Please note that this is not a remote work opportunity. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our location in southwest Brisbane.
