We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our organisation's strategic direction and operational excellence. As a senior community leadership role, you will have the opportunity to shape our future and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with our Management Committee on strategic planning and governance.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Support and mentor staff in program development and service delivery.
- Design and implement administrative systems and processes.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Oversee government reporting and funding acquittals.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in health, aged care, community services or relevant sector.
Strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit.
Experience implementing performance metrics, continuous improvement frameworks, and compliance standards in a community services or related setting.
