About the Role
The Advocacy and Impact Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the leadership team, responsible for building a high-performing team and managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Act as business manager for the Advocacy and Impact team, supporting executive leaders and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support regular reporting to senior leaders, including chief executives and board members.
- Keep track of deliverables and inform leadership of progress.
- Provide strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational support to help the team manage risk and deliver high-quality advocacy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve delivery of advisory services, streamline processes, solve operational challenges, and focus on highest-value work.
- Plan and coordinate team activities, such as meetings and offsites.
- Chair meetings when needed, driving efficient discussions.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
About You:
We're looking for a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who can quickly identify problems and come up with creative solutions. Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level reports, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, operational efficiencies, process improvement, and financial management is essential.
