Job Title: Multicultural Health Services Team Lead.

You will drive multicultural health strategies across Western Sydney LHD, managing and inspiring a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives improving health access for refugees & migrants
- Drive multicultural health strategies across Western Sydney LHD
- Manage and inspire a dedicated Multicultural Health Services team

Skills and Qualifications:
- Current driver's licence valid within Australia
- Graduate level or above in a health or other related discipline

Selection Criteria:
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with multicultural health issues and demonstrated ability to implement State and District health priorities and Multicultural Health strategies, policies, programs
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage staff and provide project management support
- Extensive experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of health related evidence based projects, studies and programs
- Demonstrated consultation and negotiation skills and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including high-level health and community partners to develop and deliver collaborative responses
