Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our team. As a specialist, you will provide culturally responsive and evidence-based mental health services to a diverse client caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Conduct psychological and mental health assessments for various presentations.
  • Champion neurodiversity-affirming approaches, partnering with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Support clients with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related experiences.
  • Develop collaborative treatment plans that are informed by best practices.
  • Engage within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker.
  • Professional proficiency in a language other than English.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A National Police Check.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
